Helping Ghanaian Schools

Most of you know, myself and Nicolas met in  Ghana where I worked on a Fair Trade Project, Trade Plus Aid. Well, this year is our 25th anniversary of when we met on the roof of the Kokmlemle Guest House, and we are going back to Ghana and taking Lyhella with us! While we are there we would like to buy supplies for local schools , and  for this reason we are asking our friends to donate  just 5 to 10 euros to help make a huge difference to children's  lives.  Most schools need basic supplies ,  and the last few months  I have been saving pens left in class  by my students , and I know these will  be really  appreciated by schoolkids in Ghana. We  will also be buying footballs  with pumps when we get there as both  girls and boys are all  football crazy. A friend has sourced a street kids project in Accra (see link below ) which we will visit, plus any other small local schools, so you know whatever you can donate will go directly to the source.
