Helping a Romanian dog in danger, get to the UK

I have rescued foreign dogs in the past from unbearable conditions & I would now like to help a Romanian dog who, after a life of abuse & misery is now in danger of being killed. She's in one of the worst Romanian pounds & over there I'm afraid they are often killed in the most barbaric ways. My heart aches for them and I'd really like to save this one if I can! Please could you spare a little to help me get this girl the happy life that she deserves... Thank you
