Help Hlee Conquer Colon Cancer

On Monday June 27th 2016, we received the heart-breaking news from our Brother-n-Law Jim Lee, that our beloved sister Hlee Xiong-Lee has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer. Both of the Gastroenterologist and Oncologist had confirmed from the biopsy and X-Ray tests the tumor in her large intestine is cancerous. What this means is her primary cancer started in the colon and has made its way to the liver and affected both organs.
Hlee had just graduated in May 2016 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Jim and Hlee had sacrificed and waited for this very day – so both can be done with school so they can finally start a family and begin living their dreams.
Hlee is currently undergoing chemotherapy for Colorectal Cancer and taking chemo medications in hopes to shrink the cancer in her colon and to prevent it from spreading. Hlee is a strong woman and she is a fighter! We are confident she can beat this because she is so young – at 33 years young!
Anything you can do to help is much appreciated. All donations received will be used to pay for medical bills and treatments. We also appreciate the kind words of encouragement, support, and will forever be grateful to each and every one who is helping us during this time of need.
