Urgent Help for homeless family

Jenn, Daniel Foreacre and their 2 children, Alyssa (12) and Ryan (10) are currently homeless (They are currently safe staying with family but that's only a very temporary solution).
The bank forclosed on their home of over 10 years. They have had a hard time keeping up with bills since Dan lost his job due to his disability (Dan has been diagnosed with Fibromiagila and Cronic Fatigue Syndrome). They were getting by on Jenn's income and the disabilty payment for their autistic son Ryan, but because of 6 surgeries in the previous year that has taken Jenn out of commission for weeks at a time they've fallen even further behind and are now in the situation they are in.
While financial donations would make the biggest impact (Rent + Security Deposit will be the biggest hurdle for them once they find a new place to live) their other needs are boxes and help loading and unloading U-Haul on Wednesday 6/28.
The bank has given them 8 hours on Wednesday 6/28 to get all of their belongings out of the house so this needs to come together on a tight schedule.
If you're aware of non-profits, charities, churches, government agencies, etc that could help them in this time of need please let me know.
