Help Bring Baby Liam Home!

Donation protected
Aubry & Dallin and their sweetest little girl Ila are growing their family. Baby Liam will hopefully be coming home to this calm, peaceful and loving family's home this week. It's been a whirlwind for the S. family. They learned about the possibility of adopting a baby boy that would have Down Syndrome and would be born with a heart defect just about 2 weeks ago. This was a scary and vulnerable thing for them. So many unknowns and they weren't prepared financially. It was happening so fast and they didn't have time to fund-raise or save the $20,000 needed. They talked it over, got down on their knees and prayed. Ultimately, they felt very strongly that Liam was suppose to be a part of their family. They were willing to do whatever it took for the son they knew was theirs. They turned their profile in Sunday, January 28th, he was born on Monday and they heard on Tuesday that they were CHOSEN! Liam was their baby! They were soooo excited and felt so blessed! They got to meet their son that Wednesday. Aubry describes the special moment, "I get really teary when I talk about this part because it was so surreal and indescribable. We bonded with him instantly, one look at him melted all our fears and worries. We were comforted in knowing that we would be blessed and that things would work out. That we need not worry."

Things WILL work out for this extremely special family, I am sure of it. I'm hoping we can pull together as a community and let God work through us to help baby Liam and his family to become a family.

I've known the S. family for about 3 or 4 years now. There are some people in this world that stand out. There are some people that are meant for something special. Aubry and Dallin are two of these people. Their home is filled with peace and love, patience and adoration for each other and their sweetest baby girl, Ila Mae. I remember when they brought Ila home. They were so happy and excited to start their new life as parents. They only see Ila's Down Syndrome as a blessing. They embrace her and who she is fully and completely. I see them already guiding her gently to meet her full potential and to love herself and those around her. Being a first time parent is difficult and for me personally there were and still are many times I just need a break. Aubry and Dallin are different. By the time they brought Ila home they'd wanted a baby for so long so desperately that they had and still have no desire to be apart from her... ever. I know they will feel the same with their adorable baby Liam. I wish you could all know them, just be around them for a minute. You'd know what I'm talking about. They were born to be parents to these special little spirits. Let's help these incredible people grow their family and give any little bit you are able to give.

Thank you so much in advance. This means the world to them and their children. We can help them start a life that will impact them the rest of their lives.
