Help Bonnie be Tai Chi Intern-China

Recently I was honored by Master Jesse Tsao’s invitation to study in China with a hand-picked group of Tai Chi instructors. Sometimes it's hard to ask for help. So I am asking for your support to accomplish this great opportunity. As you all know, my passion is to teach Tai Chi and my goal is to bring my training from China back to all my students.

Tai Chi is a graceful slow moving exercise from the Asian culture which improves balance, lowers blood pressure, and creates a peaceful lifestyle along with many other health benefits.

Master Jesse Tsao will lead Tai Chi and Qigong everyday with hand-on posture correction -- we will practice this art at the Holy Land of Tai Chi, the Great Wall, Forbidden City,  Xian City Wall, White Horse Temple, Tiananmen Square, Summer Palace… 

Additionally, on the journey we will also practice Tai Chi and Qigong with local teachers/masters at Parks
