Help Angie B. Fight Breast Cancer!

Hello! My name is Amanda Huynh. I work on a Cardiovascular ICU in Dallas, TX. I recently found out that a coworker and friend of mine, Angie B. was diagnosed with stage II breast cancer on December 12th, 2016. After the discovery of 2 lumps by her primary care physician, Angie set up an appointment for a mammogram. She was told that the lumps were likely benign, but in her heart worried that it was cancer. She tried to stay positive. Four days after a biopsy was done, she got the news that the lumps were cancerous and was diagnosed with stage II breast cancer. Receiving this diagnosis shook Angie to her core. This was devasting news, but especially considering that she wouldn't be able to afford to upcoming and unexpected expenses.

Angie needs your help! She works very hard to make ends meet and she will be facing various medical expenses including copays, surgery, diagnostics, chemotherapy, radiation, pharmacy bills, and so much more. She will not be able to afford these additional expenses and maintain her living expenses, especially at times when she cannot work.

Angie needs these funds as soon as possible.  Please help me lighten Angie's financial burdern, so that she can focus on staying strong. My hope and goal is to show Angie the support and love that already exists for her through this gofundme campaign.
