Fundraiser for Aly's Family

Aly is my sweet 10 year old daughter. She has Type 1 diabetes. For some months we have had to chose between rent and her life saving insulin and insulin pump supplies. As a result, we her parents are behind on our rent by $3800 and we are heartbroken to be needing help to pay this expense off so we do not lose our home.
As parents we never wanted this to happen but we are NOT going to allow our child die because her parents had to choose between keeping her alive or a roof over our heads.
We never let our children see the situation that we are in as this is not a burden that they need on their shoulders.
For those of you that know that Aly and I just got back from the FFL conference in Orlando please note that we received a family scholarship to the conference from the Diabetes Scholars and another scholarship from the Diabetes Hands Foundation for our flights, we were ONLY able to attend due to no financial cost outside of purchasing food for us to go which was paid for by our family.
