Help Us Help Them Get On The Field!
Chuck Richardson Vaughan, ON
For 20 years the Metro Toronto Wildcats Football Club has been known for breaking down financial barriers to participation in the great game of tackle football for Toronto youth no matter their demographic of origin. In fact 40% of the 6-18 years olds in the program in 2016 required some form of financial aid and MTWFC was able to help almost every family. But despite the fundraisers and donations the year was like many others ending with a fee shortfall of over $10,000. Increasing the player fee to offset this shortfall would be prohibitive because the number of players and families we would lose could impact the entire programs viability. We'll keep trying but the time has come to ask for help. If, by season start May 15th, we could raise upwards of $12, 000, about 14 fees, we could offset the annual loss and ensure we can pay our bills to keep the program alive. So PLEASE, help us help them...help us!

It may be a dent in the 12K we need but we have started it with $670 from a friend of the program, an alumnus and a CFL player/former Wildcat Shawn Gore from the BC Lions. It's a seed from which something great will grow! Please donate any amount!
