Help Take Care of Mason

Mason is a 13 year old boy with CHARGE syndrome. Since birth Mason has suffered from a huge range of medical problems causing him to have significant disabilities. He has endured over 20 operations and has spent a lot of time in the hospital.
Mason is unable to eat or drink anything; he is fed every 2 hours through a tube directly into his tummy. He cannot talk or communicate in any way with his parents or others. He has a heart condition, he is profoundly deaf, and he suffers from intellectual retardation and is still in nappies.
When mason was younger he would vomit up to 50 times a day. On his 2nd birthday he vomitted all day and all night.
Recently Mason has started having epileptic seizures. When he has a seizure he will fall uncontrollably to the ground. Not only does he run the risk of hitting his head, his tongue also blocks his airways stopping him from breathing and he turns blue. If there is no caretaker present he will die.
Mason needs to be cared for all the time, all day and all night. He cannot be left unsupervised for a moment.
Although he has been categorised by Disabilities Services as one of the most severely disabled people they have come across, they do not provide any funding to help take care of him.
We are seeking your support to help pay for caretakers to look after Mason.
