Help Ishwor to pursue his studies

Donation protected
My name is Ishwor Ghimire, and I live in Kathmandu, Nepal.  I grew up at the Orphanage in Kathmandu. I did my schooling in Valley Public Higher Secondary School, Kathmandu, which is one of the more reputable schools in Nepal.  I did well in my schooling, and actively participated in as many co-curricular activities of the school that I could, such as basketball, football, music, acting and marathon running.  During my schooling, I also won several awards: Mayos Singing competition, Inter-School Basketball Tournament and awards for 400m running races. I was considered a good basketball player.  My interest in basketball saw me attending the Basketball RefereesClinic after I graduated Class 10.  I obtained certification as Junior National Basketball Referee as well.  Along with basketball I also participated in other sports while at school, and was good at athletic sports such as running, high jump, long jump, marathon and shot put.  I believe my schooling achievements showed I was a decent, determined, responsible and reliable student.

I have volunteered my time at the orphanage and later on worked as a managing director for David Rajan Memorial International school, the school of David John rusk, Late God Father.

I have been currently offered a place to study Diploma of Accounting and Advanced Diploma of Accounting in Future College in Sydney. My calling in life is to complete my tertiary education at an International University/College in Australia with a view to embracing a life-long career in international humanitarian assistance and work. My experience studying at Pulteney Grammar and living in Australia, coupled with my life-long work at the Orphanage and the critical period of the earthquake and its aftermath have prepared me socially and psychologically to pursue my degree overseas while giving me the fundamentals that I need to overcome all the challenges that may arise while I am overseas and during my study.

Without your generous donation I will not be able to attend college. So I am heartily requesting kind hearted people like you to help me through this hard time so that I don’t have to drop out of golden opportunity.  Your small donation will make a huge difference and will be highly appreciated.

Thank you for the time and consideration you have given to read and accept my situation.
