Help Wyatt Get a New Handicap Van

Hi, my name is Wyatt.  

I am a 21 year old with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and I need some help in buying a wheelchair accessible van.  About 5 years ago, I had a gofundme page and through all of your generous donations, I was able to buy a 2005 Dodge Caravan to accommodate my electric wheelchair.  It truly was life changing and I am forever grateful as it opened opportunities for me to adventure out and do things that I love!


In February, however, a car went through a stop sign and hit the caravan which caused damage from the front to the back wheel on the passenger side.  Although I am beyond grateful that I was not in the accident, I am now afraid to be in this van because of the potential issues.  Along with that, it now needs thousands of dollars worth of repairs and my family is unable to keep up with this financially.  It is a better investment to purchase another one that is fully functional and safe which is why I am reaching out again.  After doing some research, our goal is $20,000 so that we can purchase a van that meets my needs.
