Help with the difficult times ahead for us

A little over four years ago I started down a journey that I never thought would leave me here. I was in chronic pain all over my body and no doctor or specialist could determine the cause of it. In 2016 I was let go from my job because of the amount of absences I had due to an illness that no one could figure out. Finally in October of 2017 I seen a new primary care physician. After a long discussion and a few tests done in the office she advised me that I had fibromyalgia. She stated it would be a long road ahead to figuring out what medicines I needed and what therapies would help me. It took us 7 months to get me on the correct medicine and dosage. I thought to myself thank God I finally have answers and can resume my normal life unfortunately that was not the end of my medical problems.
My doctor has had me out of work permanently since June of 2016. Two weeks before Christmas this year I was diagnosed with lupus. When I got the news I was in complete disbelief that at the young age of 30 I had not one but two diseases that I have to live with for the rest of my life.I don't know what lupus has in store for me but I know that it's not going to be easy. I have two little girls that I am the sole provider for. They mean the absolute world to me and they do not understand why mommy isn't feeling good and why some days are worse than others. A side from worrying about what this new disease brings and my daughters;now I'm forced to worry about our finances. We have ran out of our savings a while ago. Now my doctor has advised me that I am permanently unable to work but also one of the recommended medications that they want me on is not covered at all by my insurance. Nor is there a program to offset the cost of the medicine for me.
Most recently I submitted my application for SSDI but as many know that is a very lengthy process. I am not the person who asks for help even when I need it. But right now my daughters and myself could use some financial assistance. My doctor's appointments are down past Albany and so are my therapy appointments. As it stands right now I do not have the money to cover our basic necessities to live, the medication I need, the gas to get back and forth to my appointments and any other costs that may come up.I am asking for help to cover these expenses while I'm still learning about my new disease and a waiting to hear from SSDI.I hate to even have to ask for help and explaining this journeywe have been on for over 4 years now. If you have it in your heart and could spare a few extra dollars I know two little girls and a mother who would be forever grateful. Thank you for reading my storyand please keep my little family in your prayers.
