Help with Rugar's vet bills

This is a GoFundMe to help my sister and family help save Rugar; a fun-loving German Shepherd who got hit by a car two days ago.
He is awake, and conscious and very much want to be active, but he has a few bruises that will cost a lot of money to fix.
His pelvis has multiple fractures on the left side including ischial fracture, oblique fracture of the ilium, and multiple pubic fractures. He potentially has pneumothorax, a pneumothorax is an abnormal collection of air in the pleural space between the lung and the chest wall. Surgery for this could cost $5k as well. He has survived two days with the multiple injuries, and is in critical care for observation of his extensive injuries.
Rugar can't walk, but he is still able to love and smile and gets excited every time he has company visit him.
He has a good prognosis for the orthopedic surgery which alone cost $5-6k.
He is at Ohio State University veterinary clinic, staying overnight which is not cheap. The bills could reach upwards of $11,000, and any help is much appreciated.
