Help Winston get wheels

Donation protected
We own a local dog walking company and have walked and cared for Winston the pug since he was a puppy. He is now 5 years old. Marie, Peter and Chloe, Winstons owners have been given some very sad news. Winston started to develop a weakness in his back legs just a few months ago. He was referred to a Neurologist in Glasgow who after investigation has diagnosed Winston with Subarachnoid Diverticulum, which to you and I means a cyst on his spinal column which is gradually growing and causing paralysis of his back end. Very sadly there is nothing can be done to stop this happening and Winston will become paralysed in his back end at some point.

To give Winston some quality of life at the moment his owners would love to get him wheels which would help him be able to move around and take the pressure off his back end. Any pressure causes inflammation which in turn makes the cyst grow faster blocking the spinal column. Winston can no longer do walks, or play with other dogs so we felt that these wheels would help to get him out and about a wee bit. The specialist also recomended swimming sessions for winston so any money raised will pay for his wheels and swimming  sessions.

Winston is very much loved by us all and is a very special boy. We want to try and give him some quality of life and enjoyment back into his wee life
