Help! We desperately need a new canteen

Our welfare building the supported placement team use is in desperate need of replacing. The roof is severely compromised and leaking into the building causing a health risk and has forced the closure of both toilets. It is now coming into the canteen area used for eating and as shelter from the elements. There are even mushrooms growing inside the building!
