Help us save our Outcast kitty

On Friday our cat, Outcast, was in the neighbor's yard as he has been before. Their small dog decided that on this occasion he was going to attack him. It happened very fast, and honestly we do not blame the owner. It was just an unfortunate mix of circumstances that happened too fast for anyone to do anything about.

Then we finally were able to look at him, we quickly realized that his front right leg was broken or dislocated. We were able to get him into the vet just today and we discovered that the break is severe. The upper portion of his leg has a spiral fracture and is mostly shattered.

Our only options are to amputate the limb, or to put him down. The latter is not something we will consider unless we exhaust all other options. I acclimated him to people when he was a scared little (comparatively) barn kitten, and we have seen him through some rough times. He's a sweetheart, and we love him.

The cost above reflects the cost possibly being slightly over the maximum estimate, as well as the small amount that gofundme takes from each donation to keep itself afloat.
