Help save Gus

Gus, family dog and best friend to Alex, and her two boys Law and Loxley, is in serious need of help. Two days ago he began having seizures and was admitted to the emergency vet where he currently is continuing to suffer from frequent seizures. He is now losing his sight as well.
The past year has already been very hard for Alex as a mom raising two kids and working full time. She can't bear to lose her first baby and the boys just can't lose their best friend right now.
Unfortunately, as many of you may know, emergency vet care is very expensive. The initial $2,700 up front fee has been paid, but it will cost an additional $800-$1100 a day to keep him there and stabilized. He will also need blood tests, and likely seizure medication, but to move forward with treatment, he will need an MRI to try to find the root cause.
Gus is only 7 years old and should have many more good years to spend with his family. We are asking friends, family, and any kind heart out there who understands that our pups are our family to please rally together to help save this sweet boy! Gus needs to get back to being the loving and hilarious best bud that he always is and Alex and her boys need him.
