Help Us Fight Cancer for Adele

May 2017, during a routine doctor's checkup, our baby Adele was diagnosed with not one but two cancers in her body- both leukemia and lymphoma (cancer of the blood and cancer of the lymphocytes). She was given approximately 3-4 weeks to live if left untreated.  This all came up so quickly & unexpectedly and truly took a toll on our family. We were absolutely devastated and had no idea what the future held for our furry little bundle of joy. Luckily, there were treatment options, however they came with massive expenses. We initially turned to All Pets Veterinary Hospital in Rancho Palos Verdes, who then referred us to Veterinary Cancer Group of South Bay.  May 30th, 2017 was our first chemotherapy appointment and so the journey began. Every week/other week we traveled to the vet's for treatment and every week the cost grew higher and higher. Now, 1.5 years later we are happy to say that Adele is still with us, fighting to survive on a daily basis. The treatments prove to work and be crucial in keeping Adele with us because without the weekly/bi-weekly appointments, there would be no chance. At this point, the total amount spent on chemo stands at $22,551.86 and will continue to increase weekly with each appointment. Unfortunately, this has put a huge strain on our budget and we are running out, but would be absolutely crushed to have to give up now. That's why at this point in time, your help would be valued more than ever. Any amount donated will be greatly appreciated and go straight towards keeping our baby happy and alive.
