Help two homeless women & dog

when i went to pick up my medicine tonight at Walgreens on US19 and Nebraska I noticed a car sitting in the back parking lot with a white doggie laying outside of it looking so sad as I was driving up to the drive thru pharmacy.
Curious me of course I drove up to the car and asked the two ladies that sat on the passenger side front seat (about 65-70 yrs old) and back seat(42 yrs old) what was going on and if they needed any help.The elderly lady said no we are all good just trying to get out of the rain. I said are you sure? She said yes.
So i went on to do my business picking up my medicine. As i was about to drive away from Walgreens I was thinking to myself trying to get away from the rain? while sitting in a car doesn't even make sense.
So my nosey self drove back around to them again and I say. "ok its obvious to me there is something wrong and clear to me you are living out of your car!" She said calmly with her head titled down yes mam we are. I said well what can i do to help you ? Can I get you anything? Food? Drinks? anything for the doggie?
She said we normally stay in the rodeway inn down off US19 but I didnt get enough money together tonight to stay there. They looked defeated and the little dog even more so laying outside that car with the sadest look on his face.
So I said why dont i follow you to that Motel and pay for a night. They said we couldnt accept that. I said if i didnt want to do it i wouldnt offer it. So i followed them to the Hotel and got out and paid for their room.
Then i asked them how long they have been homeless. She said about 2 months now after her daughters husband did domestic violence on them both and they ran and left everything behind.She said she put all her stuff into storage but can't afford to pay for it anymore so on the 20th of this months it will go into auction. I asked if they go to a county shelter and they were told to go to 49th street but it is so bad in there full of bed bugs and drug addicts that they don't feel safe. They slept in a tent for the longest but police made them move.Their friend who drove them and let them be in the car is also homeless but works a part time job. Jenna and her daughter work odd end jobs around palm harbor when they can find them.
I have her phone number and I promised i would see what kind of help we can get them. Their doggie is a dumpster rescue dog the daughter got in california. So my question is how can i get them the help needed? I want to set up a go fund me to raise some money to pay for some more nights at the hotel to help them out somehow.Does anyone know any county program that can help them to get back on their feet again? It will cost $ 403 for 1 months at that Hotel as I already asked. It just broke my heart to see 2 women living like that especially since they didn't ask me for money not even once. I would also like for the dog to be seen by a vet and looked at
