We love what we do and its hard to keep it up sometimes, after seeing the response you've given us we feel more motivated than ever to keep doing what we love and keep pushing ourselves harder. If you are reading this you probably already know what we do. But you might not know about our van.
Our transit van has taken us over 25,000 miles in the last nine months and now since last week its been sitting in our driveway and it won't even bring us to Joes shop. The engine has given up, and before the engine gave in we have been having to fix it every week in the last month.
We have replaced every other part of our van and now we have the boss battle to fight. It doesn't make sense to buy a new van after all the new parts we've put in it. Also this Transit van is our friend, our family.
We need to replace the engine in our van and we need your help.
We need the van for everything we do. We want to continue doing gigs everywhere and at the moment we're stranded. We can't even get to a shop to get food for our cat, Martin. (pictured below)
We don't just drive to gigs in our van, we sleep in it, eat in it and rehearse in it. Last month we only spent 2 nights in our actual house and the rest of the nights and days in our van.
If you help us, here is what we will give you (besides continuing to play lots of gigs across the country):
1st Tier
€1-9 - A personal thank you from us.
more than €10 - 2 TPM stickers sent to your address and a photo of Martin eating his food.
more than €25 - A TPM T-shirt sent to your address.
2nd Tier
more than €100 - We will visit you for a cup of tea.
more than €200 - We will do a gig in your house/your local for you and your friends. (Get them to chip in too!)
more than €500 - You can come to our house (with your friends) and we will do a gig or you can do a gig for us.
--GOLDEN TIER--
€1000 - We will throw a party in your house, and clean up the next day.
Help us to get our van moving and we will roll into a town near you soon to sing songs and dance at ye.
