Help to pay medical bills and flight changes

I have been short changed by my flight company, plus added fees to change my flight, medical bills, prescriptions, train tickets I can no longer use or refund, my rent to pay back home, food and accommodation in England for a week and a few other bits and bobs.
For those of you who have seen, I was supposed to be have left England a few days ago, stop home quickly to see my family and return to my house and my work.
However, due to a piercing done with the wrong equipment, a cartilage piercing reacted, swelled, cause a serious infection, and through it all I’ve been THE biggest ball of anxiety I have ever been (if you know me you’ll know why). Yesterday was the third hospital stint since last Friday, where they ended up needing to RIP IT OUT, and hopefully the last!
