HELP THIS KITTY

This morning a customer brought her tucson in for a oil change, after removing engine cover found a kitten stuck between transmission mount, barely breathing. The temperatures last night here in GA were down in the 30's so I am to guess the poor kitten was looking for a warm area. Once removing kitten her right leg is severely damaged and she was barely breathing. My technicians came and got me right away and we rushed her to my vet, Pleasant hill Animal hospital. They did x ray - at this moment they believe she has a concussion, I have OK'd x-rays as well as a catheter and IV's to be administered, Vet advised me we should know how she is doing in next 4-5 hours at this moment she has about a 75% chance of survival. We are asking for any donations as we want to make sure this baby if she can live, we give her the opportunity to survive. I never ask for help of any kind but this animal deserves a chance- please any help of any kind will be greatly appreciated.
