Today September 13,2018 the Soto’s started their day just like any other day not knowing their lives would be changing dramatically. As many people know but, if you don’t know their were many fires and explosions today in Lawrence, Andover, and North Andover due to a gas line explosion with the Colombia Gas Company. Unfortunately the Soto’s house were one of the many that caught on fire. Veronica and Ivan have two daughters Destiny is 15 and Aalyah is 13 and they all have lost everything they own. They purchased their home almost 3 years ago (it would be 3 years in November) and now without a thought have to find a new place to live. Veronica just opened up her own hair studio this year and Ivan just became a Lawrence Police officer this year as well. This power couple have been trying so hard to make it on top and just when they did this horrible disaster happened. I used to work with Veronica and became very close with her. She and her family are the type who would give the shirts off their backs for anyone in need. Let’s all get together and help out this amazing family so they can get back up on their feet!
