Help the Holdens

Please help us in efforts to raise money for Doug and Dana's medical expenses. 
Last April, Doug was life flighted to KU Med Center in Kansas City where they found out he had bleeding on the brain.  He had surgery to remove an AVM and was unable to communicate for several weeks.  He had several MRIs, CT Scans, and Angiograms after the surgery to make sure things were healing correctly. Dana was by his side each and every day as she dealt with the landscaping business Doug had back home.  This was not easy for her, as she is an elementary school teacher and had to make lesson plans for the substitute she had back home. 
Doug spent 2 1/2 months at KU Med Center, where he made gains each day.  During this time, it was evident that Doug would probably not be able to return to his landscaping business due to his brain injury. 
In July, he was moved to Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital where he began intense physical therapy for his brain injury. 
While Doug was going through this, Dana was diagnosed with a rare type of skin cancer on her face.  She underwent surgery and is currently recovering. 
Doug was able to come back home in August after being in hospitals for five months.  He still attends physical therapy appointments several times a week, as well as continued appointments with neurological physicians. 
I'm starting this campaign because the Holden's are an amazing family and would never ask for help.  They have two beautiful daughters who mean the world to them.  I cannot tell you how much it would be to me and the Holden Family if you contributed to their campaign.  Thank you.
