Help the Famous Seamus

Seamus was diagnosed with a heart murmur years ago but recently his heart condition has worsened. Two days ago he started having difficulty breathing and when we took xrays, his heart has gotten significantly larger and fluid has started to accumulate in his abdomen. We did an echocardiogram at my vet hospital and discovered his right atrium is way larger than it is supposed to be. He has right sided heart failure.
Seamus needs more help than what my practice can offer. He needs the expertise of a cardiologist to not only help us further diagnose his issue but to advise us on medications that can provide a good quality of life. That is our goal here. Nothing heroic, just a comfortable end to a fairly turbulent life. 
When I adopted Shamie 5 years ago, I knew he had a rough life. He came from a hoarding situation. I knew he was a senior then and my goal for him was to provide a good quality of life. That was 5 1/2 years ago and I can't help but feel that he deserves to be as comfortable as possible for whatever time he has left. Thank you.
