Help the Dillinger Escape Plan

Donation protected
The Dillinger Escape Plan were involved in a serious accident while touring in Europe and while initial reports say no one was seriously injured, much of their gear was damaged or destroyed. This is their final year as a band and don't need to deal with worrying about funding gear to finish their European tour and make as many people happy as possible to see them one last time before they hang it up as a band. Any funds raised will go to the band and everything helps out, no matter how small or large. Please share this to help out this amazing band in a time of need.

They have officially cancelled the rest of the European tour as well.

"The Dillinger Escape Plan were involved in a serious bus crash this morning in Poland after a truck rammed into the tour bus.

According to the Associated Press, a spokeswoman from the police said, "that band members were not seriously hurt but were taken for tests at the local hospital. A pregnant woman traveling with the band was not hurt."

The truck driver was the most seriously injured, but there has been no reported deaths.

The band's scheduled concert today in Krakow has been canceled"

Also, a bit about myself. My name is Chris Pausch and I'm from the north Chicago suburbs. Ever since I saw the Dillinger Escape Plan live, I've been obsessed with them. I was lucky enough to be able to interview Greg a couple times a few years later and have hung out and helped the band for a few shows. This band means the world to me and have helped myself and countless other fans when tickets were sold out or just by being there to talk.

I have been in contact with Ben Weinman (check the updates for one of the emails) and this money is going directly to them. This money is going to be used however they see fit and will be not only for them, but as well as their crew, driver, etc. Even if insurance covers all of their medical expenses and gear, they are still losing out on around 20 shows. I know the band wants to make up those shows for the fans to see them one last time and hopefully this will help them get back on their feet in the meantime. Also, getting the money even if they are insured will take a lot of time, especially given it was an international accident.

The band is self managed and this is the support that us fans can give.   Thank you all so much for your love and support, and I will keep everyone updated.
