Help needed for Lauren in her last stages of life

So this is probably the shittiest, hardest and most heart wrenching post for me to have to write... my beautiful, strong, gorgeous friend Lauren who has been desperately trying to battle cancer for the past 5 years and after countless surgeries, radiation that have melted away some of her organs and so many rounds of chemo I have lost count.... her beautiful broken body has finally said enough is enough.. She has recently been given the news that she only has a few months left to live and that all options have been exhausted.

Her spine is being taken over by tumours which has caused her to not only loose movement of her legs but also loose the functions of her bladder and bowels.

She then has tumours throughout her lungs which are growing and taking up space.
More worryingly she has a new blood clot in her lungs as well which they are desperately treating with medication, hoping that it does not travel.

Lauren is as you can imagine just wanting to spend as much time as possible with her husband and two babies - Ava(7) and Ash (5). This would ideally be getting her back home, if even for only a short time..

However the reality of this is no mean feat. Lauren will need 24/7 care, medical equipment, medications and various other resources to keep her as comfortable in the final months...

I feel so unbelievably helpless right now, and I know there is nothing I can do to change Lauren’s diagnosis but if I can make this happen for her and get her home to her beautiful family that would be amazing.
