Help Support Alex Wiederhold


This page is to help raise money for Alex's pending medical costs and his recovery.

Just one day into a bmx trip to Georgia during his birthday week, Alex took a hard fall on his head while riding at a local skatepark on May 13th. He was immediately knocked unconscious, and transported via ambulance to Grady Hospital in Atlanta. Once he arrived, he was taken into the trauma unit, and placed in an induced coma to ensure the best care for him. 

Alex was wearing his helmet and we're so lucky for that! He is now in the ICU, and doing well as they're slowly take him out of the induced coma. The doctors are doing the best they can to make sure he's comfortable and doing tests to make sure everything is okay!

Any help is greatly appreciated! Please keep Alex in your thoughts as we await any news from the tests. I'll be updating as we find out more information about his recovery and medical costs.
