Help Stanley stand again.

Stanley is just over a year old, he was a stray that I found outside my place and became a part of the family instantly, he is young and restless and plays all the time. He managed to tip over the bookshelf and completely snapped his femur. He is in need of surgery and any amount will help as I will refuse to deny the surgery. Please help Stanely.
