Help Spencer who lost everything!

This is Spencer. I don't know him, but I just sat with him while he quietly watched everything he owned go up in flames. I'm not sure how much he had much to begin with, but I would like to raise money to get him back on his feet. I would also like to raise money for other residents of the building whom may have lost belongings as well, due to smoke damage. Anything helps, and everything is appreciated.
