Help Sophie Get to Nationals

Sophie and her FC United Teammates have had an amazing year. So amazing that her and 4 of her teammates have qualified and invited to compete in the National 3 on 3 Tournament this Aug 2-5th in Orlando, FL at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.  Teams from all over the United Stated, Canada and Mexico will be competing in the 3-day event. Needless to say the girl’s excitement is brewing as they have been preparing all summer and getting ready to give their best effort to represent FC United and the State of Iowa. Club parents are doing everything they can to keep the cost minimal even talking two of the crazier fathers of the girls to pack them up in an RV and get them down there safely while providing 5-star quality meals prepared by said fathers. I don’t know how she talked me into it. Even with all of our cost saving efforts a venture as the one the girls are about to take help is needed and we turning to our Facebook Family & Community and friends that have been following Sophie’s growing soccer career for an assist with the remaining expenses and fees. All proceeds will go directly towards tournament expenses. For your efforts in helping her realize this incredible opportunity any contribution over $25 will receive a handmade flower crafted by Sophie sporting the colors of her FC United team.
