Help Me Move from Moldy House ; Build Home Studio

Hello and thanks for reading this.
So, I have relocated to Virginia and away from the mercurial River Oaks, Charleston South Carolina landlord who threatened me with homelessness via eviction for no reason that anybody knows of.
It all began on March 1, 2019 when I read an email from the formerly friendly landlord. Apparently, in Charleston, South Carolina, your "landlord" can move to evict you, even if he/she wakes-up on the wrong side of the BED! This is what happened to me on February 28, 2019, and that set a stressfull nightmare in-motion. I was never late on, nor missed any rent payments for the two years I lived in West Ashley at River Oaks. The guy, did a "180" on me, saying he would "not renew" our "month-to-month" lease which began , May 15, 2017. He even refused to negotiate!
Unheard of in my lifetime of six decades, I reached-out to the South Carolina Department of Human Affairs and their intervention bought me needed time to find and relocate to where I am now in a temporary house (in a dangerous area) in Virginia. I am now closer to my 94 year-old Mum and exploring a new city I might be able to retire into! BUT>>>this house has MOLD and other environmental issues and I must get put of here. My dormant bronchial Asthma is activated by this house which has no air-conditioning and the Property Managers do not want to install it, preferring to tell me that the previous tenant "stole" it from outside the back (photos see)
They are willing to refund my security deposit and let me out of the one-year lease, according to e mail on June 8, 2019. Need your help to make that happen, please.
Now the second phase is where you can still help make my home business dream recording studio a reality! Helping me Raise Earnest Deposit for my first house of my own!
On June 26, 2019, I took the VHDA "First Time Home Buyer" on-day class in Richmond. I have yet another FTHB certificate (In 2012 I took a similar course in Nashville, TN)!
As a former music radio personality ("DJ") for almost forty (40) years, on hard times I ask your help so I can outfit a home studio and office for my over 8,000 titles of vinyl and produce voice-overs, narrations, an internet educational radio station and more freelance services, as I was planning to do before the landlord attacked me. I will use an Indiana-based company, who always send me their catalogs, to equip this home studio and office in one of the two rooms of this 2br house. Will need soundproofing and security installations to protect all. Some of the soundproofing will be from floor-to-ceiling vinyl record albums I own. You will get to tour it with a donation.
I merely seek to regain my self-sufficiency. I am one of our country's "senior citizens". Please ask any questions you have to qualify your donation and remember, no amount is too small to make Cheetah Media Freelance Services ("C.M.F.S.") a reality this summer.
