Simone (beautiful woman on left with white hair) needs a lung transplant because -Cystic Fibrosis is bloody hell! Simone is a real warrior but she's facing her biggest fight yet. We need all our friends and family to rally for Simone and team McFee. These next few months are crucial to supporting Simone get healthy enough to host her new lungs and be able to fight another day.
