Shanthi P, a 22 year bright Medical Student from India. who wants to help the society as a doctor after completing her medicine, is in need of your help today.
Life for Shanthi was great until the fateful day when she suddenly collapsed with involuntary thigh bone fracture. Furthermore she is diagnosed with Ewing's sarcoma with lung mets (cancer to her right thigh bone and spread to lungs).
She is currently undergoing Chemotherapy (Treatment for Cancer). After first dose of Chemotherapy, she couldn’t breathe normally due to air lock in the lungs. After, couple of minor surgeries and a major surgery to lungs she is now able to breath normally. Doctors recommended to continue Chemotherapy to bring her back to normal.
Shanthi hails from a poor family. her Father (Janardhan P) is a tailor, Mother is housewife, 3 sisters and a brother. Close friends and families are helping financially for initial treatment and she is responding well. But unfortunately, the cost of the treatment is high and Shanthi’s family requires financial support to give her the required cancer treatment.
