Help Send Miguel To His Mom & Dad

On October 6th, Sweet 16 year old  Miguel did all of his home chores just to be allowed to go out with his friends. He knew that by being very helpful he would have been allowed what he wanted. He was very creative and smart. On the 7th, like any other teenager he decided to be with some of his friends, not knowing what would follow. As he and his friends were on the road, a U HAUL was driving recklessly on a narrow road. It was over-passing other vehicles on a double yellow line where it is extremely dangerous. Due to his recklessness he collided head-on with the car Miguel was in. Miguel was inside a vehicle designed for four people and due to not wearing a seat belt he went face first into the dashboard. He suffered extreme brain injuries. When he arrived at John Muir Medical Hospital he was in critical condition. The doctors had to take him directly into surgery and had to remove part of his skull in order allow his brain to expand. After surgery the doctors placed him on life support and expected the worse. During the following days, he fought for his life. During these four days his family members were trying to get his mom and dad by his side, but due to immigration laws the process was impossible to achieve.  Miguel was declared brain dead and he was going to be removed from life support. Both of his parents weren't able to be by his side in his final hours, however they were only able to watch their baby boy pass through video messenger. 

Both parents weren't able to be present in his final hour, therefore we are asking for everyone's help and support to help him be by his parents side, who have not seen him in more than four years. 
the parents are so devastated that they could not be there next to there baby boy and they prey and ask everyone  to please help bring there son to them.

He was suppose to visit his parents this year but not in this way.  Due to our time constriction we are asking for everyone's help and contribution with anything you can give.  please share my brothers story (PLEASE WEAR A SEAT BELT )

My Name is Aurora Garcia and My husband is Joseph Ortiz. and Miguel Ortiz  is my little brother in law And My husbands Little Brother Who lived with us .  he meant so much to everyone we will miss his smiles his  laughs his personality those who knew him know how great of a person he was.
