Get me home tonsee my mommy

I'm so far from home and my mom is in the ICU. Never has my dad been scared before but as I sat and cried on the phone he told me to pray. I know God has always had my family wrapped in his arms. I need to see my mom. Its been years and dad is scared that this might be the end. I'm beyond sad. My heart is breaking and I'm trying to keep it together for my family and my sanity.  Please help me go home to see my mommy. It might be my last time.
