Sean's Mom is in Hospice

So in November, we got a kind of false alarm. Mom started her decline, but the docs said she could probably hold on a few more months.
Well, a few months have passed.
I learned last week that she had been transferred from her assisted living home to in-hospital hospice care. I spoke to her doc and hospice nurse. No bouncing back this time. This is it.
I have my current paycheck and next week's, minus necessities like food and some bill's. But as I learned last time, there's so much cost. Food, the bus tickets to get in spitting distance of her rural hospital, cabs and little things to help make her comfortable. Not to mention rent, which my landlords have been...less than sympathetic about.
So. As much as it pains me to do so, I have to put this request for assistance again. She is holding on because of me, to see me, and every day just causes her more pain. The faster that happens, the better for everyone.
If you can offer anything noe, it will go towards travel to her, comfort for her, and making sure I don't get run out of my house for missing rent.

My mother, Jeanmarie Riccio, is dying. She has a very servere form of liver cancer that, as of a few weeks ago, had metastisized into her skeleton. The doctors gave her about a year with chemo.
It turns out, as of a few hours ago and following a rapid deterioration in her health after a fall, that she now has weeks. Maybe days. The window in which I have to see her again, one last time, is rapidly closing.
I work a minimum wage retail job, with no real savings. I don't have the money to simply get on a plane and leave. If you can help, in any way, it would be greatly appreciated. This isn't your problem, and there are so many worse things in the world, and I feel like the worst scum begging for this help, but...it's the only option, at this point. Like I said, anything you can share, would help.
