Help Scotty Juarez Fight Cancer

Hello Everyone. Scotty Juarez needs your help. He was recently diagnosed with testicular cancer and needs to have an operation immediately to have the cancer removed.
Scotty's family has been through hell this year when they lost their father "Silverback" Tony Orozco to stomach cancer back in March of 2016.
Scotty does have health insurance, but due to the high deductible the hospital / doctors are unwilling to move forward with surgery until his deductible is paid in advance.
The doctors want to operate immediately to give him the best possible outcome. Time is critical and every minute counts.
