Help Scarlet Get Knee Surgery

Hi everyone! My name is Scarlet and I'm a 10 month old English Bulldog. Last week, my parents noticed I had a limp that was progressively getting worse. They took me to the dreaded vet for some answers and got some UGLY news. I have hip dysplasia in both hips, and even worse, a luxating patella (that means my knee cap won't stay in place and is causing me extreme pain). I've already started developing arthritis in my right knee and I'm still a puppy! In order for me to live a long, healthy, happy life, I need to have surgery to get my knee to stay in place. My mom and dad love me VERY much but simply cannot afford to drop this amount of money on my surgery. Any help anyone can provide would be EXTREMELY appreciated.
