Help save Rocky from Lyme Nephritis

Rocky our 8 yr old rat terrier was so healthy and out of no where stopped eating. He was extremely thirsty and started vomiting.   After the vet examined him 3 days ago we learned he has lyme disease which is making his kidneys fail. Lyme nephritis. He has been hospitalized since then. He is on 24 hour meds and iv fluids. The treat over the next week will determine if he will survive. It consists of round the clock care. He is on about 7 different medications. It is very costly but we have to try. When he was a pup he was very sick  for months and he survived. That time the hospital bill was $8000.00. That was 8 years ago. But it was well worth it. He has been a joy. He is like a son to us. He is too young to leave us and has been through so much. The same vet is treating him now. He is determined to see him beat this and so are we. Unfortunately the cost will be more than we can afford right now so we are exploring every possibility to fund his treatment. He is too young and too precious to us. If you can help with any amount it would be truly appreciated.  We know anyone who has an animal as a part of their family understands what we are going through.
