This is Sav.  He’s a young games developer, LGBTQIA+ advocate, and writer. His work has been internationally recognised, and he has received multiple awards for his transgender focused game “That Boy is A Monstr”. He is 24, still studying, has started his medican transition, and he really needs to get top surgery. Since starting testosterone, problems with his voice, face and hair, have lessened significantly, but the discomfort around his chest has only gotten worse. The dysphoria is making it incredibly difficult on his mental, physical and emotional health. He binds daily, which makes it hard to exercise, swim, or even just deal with Australian heat with the added tight layer.  He’s reached a point where it can’t be put off any longer. Sav wants to feel like every other man his age. He wants to be able to dress, shower, exercise and socialise without discomfort. He wants to be able to take off his shirt like the other weird dudes at the skatepark who zip around in only their shorts (Seriously, doesn’t that do a lot of damage when they fall?). He wants to run, hike, go to the gym, and swim like all his friends do without getting winded from binding or being so uncomfortable he won't be able to participate. Every little bit will help to help achieve his dream of feeling and looking like who truly is.
