Help Sariena through Chemo.

On the the 16th of August Sariena went in for what she thought would be a routine mammogram. Unfortunately she was told they had found a lump in her right breast. A biopsy was done and then she got the news she dreaded. It was grade 2 breast cancer.  On September 11th Sariena went in for an operation to remove the cancer, which was 2cm and she also had 3 lymph nodes removed.  On the 18th of October she started chemo, which she will need every 3 weeks for 3 months. Then 6 and a half weeks of radiation. Then 5 years of hormone therapy. Unfortunately the cancer has been feeding on her hormones so Chemo was the only option. Due to this diagnosis, Sariena has already used up all her sick leave to attend appointments, have biopsy's and of course the operation to remove the cancer. She will need to continue to attend appointments each week and leave work early every day so she can receive her radiation.  As nobody knows how a person's body will respond to Chemo and radiation, as well as the mental stress that comes with a cancer diagnosis, I want to help take away the financial burden this will place on her and Garry. Sariena deserves to be able to recover & fight this cancer without working her butt off to makes ends meet.  All I ask is that you donate what you can, no matter how small or that you please share this so we can spread the word! We appreciate all your help and love. Sariena means a lot to a lot of people and especially to my 6 year old daughter, who loves her Nanny very much.
