Help Sarah Beat Breast Cancer

My name is Sarah Harling, I am 26 years old and was just diagnosed on January 21st with grade 3 Invasive Mammary Carcinoma.

I recently accepted a promotion at a nonprofit organization called Epilepsy Pralid as a Fiscal Intermediary. Because I was so recently employed by this organization, I do not yet qualify for FMLA benefits. As a first time insurance buyer and previously healthy individual, I have an exceptionaly high deductible (upwards of $20,000). I start chemotherapy Friday, February 7th and will continue for a 16 week regimen, along with several other expensive cancer related medications. After I finish chemotherapy I will be undergoing two surgeries and radiation therapy.

As you can imagine, the bills are already piling up. It is for this reason that I am asking for your help in making my transition into recovery as smooth as possible. At such a young age it is extremely rare to have such an aggressive form of breast cancer, and this has been an incredibly emotional time for both myself and my family.
