This family man was walking his poodle while walking to his son in laws house when out of no where a dog charged out of its house and attacked the man and poodle.
During the attack the man saw the dog charging and grabbed his poodle in his arms. The attacking dog bit the poodles owner and then latched on to the poodle. This dog proceeded to drag, shred, and rip the poodle apart. The eye ball was disengaged from the eye socket and left hanging. 
Saphiria now needs extensive surgery to close all the punture, open flesh and to remove the badly damaged eye.
