Hello all !
I am raising funds for my 7 week nursing work on the Mercy Ship currently based in West Africa. The Mercy Ship is a remarkable fully equipped off shore hospital ship. I will join the staff in helping to rebuild lives through restorative surgery.
I will volunteer my time (40 hours per week) to work as a ward nurse in the hospital. Your contribution will go towards paying my board of $218 AUD per week. If I raise more than my goal I will donate these funds directly to the Mercy Ship organisation.
I depart Melbourne November 8th 2018 and begin my volunteer work on the Africa Mercy Ship from November 11th 2018 to January 5th 2019. My base will be at Conakry in Guinea.
