Laying Our beloved Sabrina to Rest

In August of 2018 my 23 year old sister Sabrina was in excruciating pain leaving her unable to walk with her right leg. Sabrina was burning up with a fever of 104 degrees so we immediately rushed her to the hospital. What we thought was a minor injury or illness quickly unraveled into our families and Sabrina’s worst nightmare. The doctors concluded that they had found a large mass 7 & 1/2 inch (tumor) on her pelvic bone. After two weeks being admitted in the hospital, testing and praying for answers, we unfortunately received the devastating diagnosis that the tumor was in-fact cancerous. They informed us my sister has Ewing sarcoma. Ewing Sarcoma is one of the rarest bone cancers affecting children and young adults. Our only option for Sabrina’s recovery is chemo-therapy / radiation to reduce the size of the tumor to have it surgically removed. We are also praying the cancer hasn’t spread into any of her vital organs. There is a possibility it has spread to her lungs. Sabrina is one of eight children and I can not tell you how loved and how precious she is to us. My family and I are desperately asking for financial support for my sisters treatments, prescriptions living expenses and anything she may need in between. She is such an amazing kind young woman with her whole life ahead of her. To ensure this happens we really need this help. She currently is bed ridden out of work needing round the clock care.
