We would like to raise money to help our mum become 100% FREE of cancer.
For all of those that are family and friends of Roxanne and Dragi, we would like to keep this as a surprise present so please don't mention anything to them.
Roxanne battled Stage 3 Breast Cancer in 2016. Making the brave decision to have a double mastectomy to reduce the risk of the cancer coming back. Going through a year's worth of chemotherapy and couple months of radiotherapy, we finally got the all CLEAR! But unfortunately, we received the sad news in June, 2017 only a couple months later, the cancer had come back, but now it was stage 4 and in the liver.
For those of you that know Roxanne, all know that she is very much of a strong, beautiful woman. She is loyal, loving and a supportive mother, wife, baba, daughter, sister, aunty and friend.
What some of you don’t know is that Roxanne travels to and from Sydney 3 times a week for acupuncture. On top of that, 1 of those 3 days she also has chemotherapy as well as acupuncture. Even though she is eligible to receive chemotherapy for free by the government, it still costs around $500 a week for her herbal medication and acupuncture.
With only a couple of months that have passed by, her tumours have already shrunk from the herbal medicine. Our Roxanne is starting to look like herself again, happy and healthier.
Even though we finally have hope this treatment is getting rid of this terrible disease, we still feel helpless because of how costly it is.
We are asking for your help,
If you can please put forward anything at all to help our family get through this difficult time. Every bit counts and I hope you can help us, help her fight this.
She deserves the best in life and that is to be happy and healthy and be with family and friends for a very long time.
Any help will be greatly appreciated and all donations will go to her treatments.
