Help Reed Morgan Strike Out Cancer

Donation protected
Reed Morgan was diagnosed with bone cancer February 5th, 2019 and will continue to undergo chemotherapy for the next 6-9 months.  He will have surgery on May 2nd to remove the tumor and be fitted with a bone prosthetic.

Reed, and his bright smile, has been a part of the CYA Little League community for many years, as well as his father and coach Michael Morgan. With that long history, CYA Little League is encouraging donations to help the Morgan family with the expenses associated with battling this horrible disease.

In addition, the annual inter-league CYA-SYA Little League baseball games will be played Saturday, May 11th at Chantilly Park and SYA fields in Centreville and Chantilly.  As part of these games, CYA players will be wearing gold pediatric cancer ribbon decals on their helmets from Ellie’s Hats, donated by Glory Days Grill - Stone Ridge and gold shoe laces from Lace the Game , donated by Pedal It Out, to show solidarity and raise awareness of cancer (both pediatric and non-pediatric).

Please feel free to share this with others and on social media!

Any, and all, help is appreciated!
