iPromote Sung Nu Leo Man and Astral Arts

Sung Nu Leo Man is an artist who hails from the North West region of Cameroon. Sung Nu Leo Man has
been doing paintings for the past 15 years. Sung Nu has a unique form of art the world is yet to discover
known as astral arts. Astral arts is a peculiar form of arts which uses self-examination with the pencil
and the board to navigate the astral world inspired by personal experiences in life and society all in a bid
to heal the soul. This unique vision has seen Sung Nu participate in the Sixth Beijing International Arts
Biennale in China

Challenges:
Notwithstanding the great potential imbedded in Sung Nu Leo Man, the world is yet to discover such
potential. Sung Nu lacks exposure. This can be explained by the fact that only 10 out of 60 of his
paintings have been sold so far. People are yet to discover the bountiful riches of the mystery behind
navigating the astral world. Healing the soul is a vision which is yet to come to pass in our contemporary
heartbroken society with raging quest to find true peace of mind.

About ipromote arts.

Ipromote is a group of Leo’s friends and art lovers who came up with the idea of promoting Leo’s arts
and the concept of astral arts. Being Leo’s friends, we paid him a visit some afternoon and on our way
back, Leo asked us for transport money to go attend an art exhibition. This triggered a question in our
minds. How could Leo possibly have millions of dollars hanging on his wall but he was asking us for
transport money? From here, we thought through the situation and came up with the idea of organizing
ourselves to come up with a team that will promote Leo’s arts and other local artists. Being an
inspiration to many, Leo Man has been able to build a local community of artists who do spirit filled
paintings like himself.

What we want to do.
To achieve the vision of recognizing potential artists, promoting them and giving them exposure in order to bring out the best of their potentials, ipromote will begin with Leo Man’s arts. We are going to be
• Creating a website where we will create awareness on the concept of astral arts and giving an opportunity for people to buy paintings. On this website, people will be able to know more about astral arts, explore paintings, astral music, astral dance and astral poetry.
• We are going to be doing a campaign to increase traffic on this website. This is going to be done through YouTube, Instagram and Facebook ads and will also involve sponsored pages on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• We’re going to be organizing Art exhibitions twice a year in which we are going to be promoting and valorizing the concept of astral arts, the robberdupe dance and Sung Nu’s music. The first art exhibition is going to take place this year on the 27th April at the Contemporary arts Gallery Yaounde, Cameroon; beginning at 4pm.
• We are going to be purchasing more equipment to use for painting, such as oil paint, canvas and equipment to use for the frames of paintings.
In order for these to be done, finances are going to be needed to shoot professional images of the arts, professional videos, building our website, oil and canvas for more astral paintings and for curative sessions we will be organizing twice a year.
What has been done so far?
So far, we have been able to shoot videos and pictures of 37 of Leo’s paintings. We are presently writing articles explaining what each painting is all about as content to be used for our website and other media platforms. This has been done from our personal savings.
